These attached boat dock homes or townhomes were built during two periods, the early and mid 1970's.  All homes are directly on the water with shared boat docks ranging in size.  Many homes have been remodeled, expanded and even torn down or rebuilt, giving a variety of plans and sizes with some up to over 3,000 sq. ft .

The first phase built in 1971 features four plans ranging from about 1800 sq. ft. to 2300 sq. ft. and all are two-story

The second  phase was built in 1976 and also features four plans ranging from two single-story plans with 1220 sq. ft.  to 1350 sq. ft.  and  two-story plans with 1650 sq. ft. to 1800 sq. ft.  The Mandalay Bay area has a voluntary  HOA of $50 a year There are no Mello Roos fees but there is a Waterways Assessment  District fee on the tax bill for the maintenance distrst for the area.
