Our most northerly beach area in Oxnard is our largest beach community; not only in amounts of single famiy homes, but also in square footage of homes. This community features beach front homes, detached off the beach homes and condominiums. At Neptune Square you'll find a basket ball court and volleyball court on the sand and other playground activities dedicated to children.

The sand on this beach has grown over the past 20 years giving Oxnard Shores one of the largest sandy beaches. Many of these homes are 3 stories high giving beachfront homeowners additional height and view of the islands and up the coast to Ventura. Single famiy homes range in size from 900 sq. ft. up to the larest homes on the oceanfront of approximately 7000 sq. st.

Lots are typicallyl 40' by 100' which is a good size fo beach communities.

Condominium and townhome complexes vary from 2  to 6 units. Many have ocean views and all have easy beach access.
